How long does delivery take? 

Standard UK delivery takes 5-10 business days. Express delivery (£3.99) takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns that are compliant with our policies within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email striketheoryuk@outlook.com to start a return.

My order hasn’t arrived - what do I do? 

Check your tracking number first (sent to your email). If its been over 12 business days with no delivery, contact us and we will reship or refund immediately.

Do you offer bulk discounts for teams or clubs?

Yes. Email us at support@striketheory.co.uk for help regarding bulk (5+ items) orders and we will see how we can accommodate you. 

Are your products safe to use?

All products on STRIKETHEORY meet standard EU safety requirements. Usage guidelines are included in each product where relevant. Each product listed on our website has been rigorously tested to ensure it meets the customers demands.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, although we are always looking at broadening our reach and accessibility for everyone.
